Beets es una de nuestras cervezas de temporada, la hacemos una vez al año con remolachas de nuestro huerto ecológico. Las remolachas están maceradas sin pelar ni rallar, sólo cortadas. La maceración es en base acida más que junto al sabor de la remolacha y su textura terrosa le da un toque afrutado muy estimulante.

Beets is one of our seasonal beers, we do it annually with the beets from our own ecological vegetable patch. We macerate the whole beets, not peeled or grated, only cut in halfs. We use our sour base for the maceration so apart from the beet taste you will also get to savor the fruitnes of the beer.
