Special batch brewed with a blend of roasted malts (Biscuit and Roast 1500) in which half of the batch was kept in barrels for 3 months and the other half was macerated with loquats from the family orchard, raisins from Sicus and wild Calamintha.

A full-bodied, aromatic beer, ideal to accompany the Christmas festivities.
